When Dean was a young man, he did a lot of subcontracting for other contractors to get his building business going; all the while building homes as people would hire him, usually one to two per year. As a result, his experience is extensive in the trades. Dean has poured dozens of foundations and slabs, framed hundreds of homes, sided almost a thousand homes (with crews, of course), installed hundreds of roofs, sheetrocked dozens, installed cabinets, doors, trim, floorings, etc.

After thirty-three years contracting and building, Dean decided to scale-down and specialize in project management services for do-it-yourself builders and investors.
