Here is the foundation we had to pour . .
. . . to build this garage with log siding. Approx 2005. East side of Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Carlin Bay area.
Felker home in Moses Lake, Washington. Late 90s.
Here is the Felker kitchen. Lots of cabinets. There is a twelve foot wall full to the left (out of the image).
Gilbert home, before the addition. Approx 2005. Post Falls, Idaho.
Gilbert home during construction.
Gilbert home with completed addition.
Inside the Gilbert addition. Nice family room with a pellet stove and ceiling fan.
Hayden, Idaho. Built in the late 90s. The home has a brick and cedar exterior. Inside (sorry, no images), the living room ceilings are 24 feet. There is a bridge between the bedrooms and the family room. The kitchens and baths have lots of tile. There is plenty of hardwood flooring and newell post and baluster railings.
This is the entry to the home in Hayden.
Here is the gable to the home in Hayden. The sun is cedar bandsaw art of a tree inset into the sun.
The Marsan home on Cataldo mountain. Built in 2006.
A side view of the Marsan home. We used plywood, not OSB. Better shear strength and you don't have toxic fumes from the higher glue content venting into your living space for the next five years.
Here is one of the views from the Marsan home. We did not build that - God did!
Nadalin home before the remodel. Sammamish, Washington circ 2000. We gutted and rebuilt the entire downstairs and built a family room on the back.

This project presented some interesting challenges because this home was a converted pole building garage.
Nadalin home after the remodel was completed.
Side and rear view of the Nadalin remodel. The lower part in the back is the family room addition.
The front porch is stamped concrete. Then the outside edge was constructed from concrete and formed to look like a dark brown brick. Amazing work by Don Fink of Arlington.
