Instructions and Information for ALL Bidders

ALL BIDDERS MUST READ THIS

NOTICE *** We are General Contractors and operate as project managers. If we are project managers for a client and we select your bid, you are working directly for that client. You will be supervised through us but paid by the Client. All estimates, change orders and invoicing must be in the client's name and delivered to us. If you have any disputes with the client, we will mediate and work toward a resolution that is right and equitable for you and the client.

SUBCONTRACTORS AND CONTRACTORS: If you work for us and/or our clients, you must fill out and return to us a completed W9 (IRS) form. You must also have your insurance agent fax us a certificate of insurance, listing Idaho Contractor as the certificate holder. We must receive a certificate of insurance for Workmens' Compensation Insurance (State Industrial Insurance). These three things are REQUIRED before you begin any work.

W9 FORM: [Click this link] if you need to download a copy of the form W9. The tax information you enter must be FEDERAL -- NOT State.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: This form must be faxed (preferred) or mailed to us by your insurance agent. We will not accept generic copies from your file. The certificate holder listed must be "IDAHO CONTRACTOR." Your insurance must meet minimum State liability requirements or $500,000.00 which ever is greater. Our address and fax information are on this page -- use this, please, instead of wasting a phone call.
